Did not receive tickets purchased

I have confirmation# 3966**** and reference# 993****. But never received the tickets in the AXS account. My daughter Mallory Calhoun made the order using my wifes credit card and her e-mail account- Mallory.r.calhoun@***.com User’s recommendation: Don’t use AXS for ticket purchases.
