I have made multiple attempts and nobody gets back to me

I am unable to log in to the site or app to view my ticket purchase. All I got was an email. I am aware that the concert is a month away but I dont want to wait until the last minute for this to be resolved.

Tried to get tickets……gave up….what a scam

if you want to know and really care you can call 602-690-****…Otherwise….I’ll just tell you what you tell all your customers on your phone messages….go to the web….let us know how it works out. User’s recommendation: avoid AXS like the plague….and it was so predictable….
