Cheaply made Star light projector received with dent in dome and unable to get bottom off to put in batteries

Limited edition – made in China, dome dented in, needs 3 AA batteries. Cannot get bottom off (have tried 3 minute screwdrivers) a piece of junk for $28.99. Requesting direct refund. User’s recommendation: Do not order limited edition items made in China from Avon.
