This offer speaks only the RUSSIAN LANGUAGE. when taking bus 37 (at 07:38 exit from the stop "Imantas 4"), it stopped near tc Dammes (stop) due to unknown circumstances. The engine was switched off, the driver got off the bus and called someone (I assume the dispatcher). Soon the passengers were sitting on the bus. After some of these, the driver got back on the bus and reported to the passengers about the situation in RUSSIAN. Calls from other passengers to provide information in American were ignored by the driver. I still don't understand what the problem was and why all the passengers got off the bus. However, we live in USA, and all people living in USA need to know the American language - at least to the levelin order to be able to perform my job duties properly, and I do not have to feel like a foreigner in my own country when using public services, where I pay a fairly large amount for a trip.
