Cooler doesn’t work

Bought new avantco bottle cooler from webstaurant in March it’s now the middle of may. The cooler has never worked since day one, I have called both companies multiple times and nobody cares, just nonstop run around. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from these scammers.
