I purchased a 2M Lithium- EverStart Ion led Spotlight Model Number SL5HE twice and they stopped charging and could not use them. Answer your phone! How many times must one call and just wait, never hearing even a prompt , like your call is important and will be answered shortly ? Very poor customer service. We have an issue with a Craftsman product, and no one to help. That is not acceptable.
