Poor service, rude attitude

Delivers goods not according to the customer's specified time, but according to the courier schedule, absolutely ignoring repeated requests. The courier simply drops the handset, but when the goods are finally delivered, ask not to present a passport, but to submit a copy of the passport! It's easier to go after yourself. I do not recommend anyone to choose dpd. Poor service, bad attitude.
