Warranty
In January, I bought a phone from this company, which I gave as a gift to a child, after 10 days of using the camera, the camera shook, I contacted, I gave for warranty repair, said in 2 weeks will be ready. After 3.5 weeks! returned and everything was as if OK! After 1.5 days of use - the same. I contacted, the representative replied that the device has been tested, tested that we are not using those settings. I told her to change or return the money, to which she replied that the device was a Dmodel and there was no change or refund and offered to take it for repairs (again for 3.5 weeks?!?) As if I had given the phone to the child to use it instead of this device would find itself in mystical repairs or inspections.
