Non-professional attitude
I paid 20 CA$ to confirm my diagnosis of a washing machine. Asked for CA$ 350 for repairs or kindly offered to put it into disposal. I had to repair myself (I never did it), as a result I spent 6 hours (including driving through the city for spare parts) and 8 CAD. (in reality, it takes a maximum of an hour and a half to work with normal instruments). I think the same thing would have happened to my washing machine, which was "disposed of", and then sold to SS for 100-150 CAD.
