I bought a van from them.. The heater only worked driving down the road.. Leaked oil… And after paying over 4000. Tranny let go… They charged to tow 2hrs to them promised to fix it on payments changed mind charging me 4055.00 to fix tranny.. They are rip offs tell u things that aren’t true.. Was told... Poor service

I would like to express my complaint and dissatisfaction with your service. 2 months ago (July 4) I gave my printer for repair at 142 Liberties Street. The operator who accepted the printer promised to inform him within 2 weeks what needs to be repaired. I believe it takes a lot of 2 weeks to find out what needs to be fixed and where the problem is. But! One month passed! Within a month, no one has been informed about what is happening with the repairs. Finally, in August, I called the service myself. TK Operator had no information, it was promised that I would be called back at the end of the day. I waited for the call for 2 weeks! Nobody called me back! Had to call myself again. Again, the operator searched for a long time for information about the status of my printer. It turns out that the head needs to be changed! Really, to understand the need to change the head,does it take a whole month?! Another month passed, the second month. Because still no one can give me information about my printer. I called yesterday. The answer "we are waiting for a part." To the question "how can I know when the part will be brought?" The operator replied that he does not know, because this information is only in the production workshop. Do I really have to search for a production shop myself and find out where my part is and when it will be "screwed" to the printer? I did not hear any desire from the operator to help! After making my complaint, the operator said that at the end of the day there would be information about the part and I would call back. I waited for the call at the end of the day, but no one called back! I'm still waiting for any information about the printer.
