Vodafone in cooperation with AAS Oceana offers a super service - telephone insurance. Lovely! I also use it. The new phone failed and the display (glass) broke. I am glad that I am insured and pay for the repair of my phone at the nearest Vodafone store. Their co-operation partners are, of course, the center of the MTTC, where the phone went. communication under every critique. here they call themselves, who bluntly asks, waits for an answer, does not explain anything and drops the handset. when finally all the uncertainties with the insurance were revealed and the phone approached the actual repair after 2 weeks of babbling, they finally remembered to send me an invoice (deductible, which I have to pay), because only then can I start repairing the kko. the invoice was not sent on time, but sent via sms,that there is any confusion with my case, so make a call to such and such a number! so what about the attitude? together more than a month passed calling and sending all sms sms to find out real details. tgd phone is tossed from one service to another, which prolongs the repair time again and again. don't understand if the broken display is any extra damage that this MTTC service cannot fix? on monday call and ask when then finally the phone will be repaired. I am told that the system sees that my phone has been transferred to another service center. ok obviously armed with patience and anticipation. on Thursday i receive an informative sms that the phone has been transferred to another service center and the repair will take up to 2 more weeks. so how, tgd is this phone being forwarded to yet another, third, service center, does vnk informative sms come with a huge delay?does vnk informative sms come with a huge delay? I am very, very disappointed. and as soon as I get my phone back I will provide a durable case, I will give up its useless insurance...
