Telstra supports the following tactics of Pty. "MTTC Australia" (warranty service) : first think that in order to perform warranty repairs for the fee has to replace a part, then blindly agree to the repair price and when it is paid, then the repair will start and only upon receipt you can find out what exactly was wrong with your phone and what was repaired. And the best part is that MTTC does not issue invoices, it costs... I turned to Telstra (because I bought a phone there), that MTTC did not want to explain to me what would be repaired, did not want to give me a decipherment of the planned repair work and finally but wants me to pay. Telstra shot me. It turns out that they support this MTCC position. Be careful!
