I was asked to review my communications

I called because my new skort snagged after one wearing. The representative was very accommodating. she sent me a return label and I ordered a different skort. User’s recommendation: great return policy which is very appreciated.

Rewards weren’t transferred to a new card from lost card

The First person I spoke with resolved my issue ! She was quickly able to pull up my account and see what had happened. She transferred my rewards and said if any expired , I could call back and theyd reissue them .
