Our G3 Laser equipment, which was imported from UK was unloaded in Chennai. Chennai office has send it to Kolkata which the blue dart is supposed to deliver to us in Cuttack. We have been calling Kolkata office several times. No correct information is available to us. Niether they send us any fax nor any message. Everytime...

We received a defective item and reported indifferent service
I had ordered my daughter the first set of cleaning brooms as a gift upon receipt, I was unpleasantly surprised when I opened the box, which looked small, inside was a folded, compressed product, 1 part of which had still been removed from the package to fold... When I reported this, I received a copy-paste message about the return of the goods, where it is mentioned that the product must be new, original packaging, although it has already received partly outside it and the packaging was damaged... I am disappointed as a gift that does not fit anymore, because everything is mashed, it looks as izvilts of... no longer neuzticeshos this store.
