Some experience in customer service. An employee is rude, starts a conversational attack, forbids the use of certain rights of the bank, does not know the rules of the bank, misleads the client within the framework of incompetence and becomes cynical. Unfamiliar terminology in the following is: declared place of residence, and contact address. To date, the worst communication with ScandiBank in 20 years.
