Night disturbance, alcohol trafficking

At the store elsa, freedom 138, in the evenings after 22:00 (especially on Fridays and Saturdays) takes place gathering people, drinking alcohol, behaving loudly, polluting the surroundings. Everyone except the authorities know that alcohol is traded here at night. The municipal police listen and arrive, but are only able to rectify the problem temporarily.
