Lost bank card money has been spent from my account

I wondered if it was possible to get a refund for the money some one spent on my card online on the 9th of August about 1pm there is 3 separate transactions that happened all around the same time

Delivery didnt arrived

They text me the driver it’s on his way at 20.02 delivery time was 20 to 22 hours i was waiting watching the kitchen window. My shopping was meant to be delivered yesterday and I didn’t receive it. I checked my orders and it said fulfilment exception. I have tried calling Asda customer service but am finding it hard as I have very poor signal in my area

My shopping delivery cancelled by asda 390 minutes after it was due to arrive.was very upset said they would send me vouchers but I have not received anything as an apology. User’s recommendation: Unreliable.
