Irresponsible customer service

The bank has decent fees, but totally irresponsible when it comes down to customer service. They never reply to my emails and are totally unreachable through the phone. Delay in MTPL Reimbursement

Ban does everything within the deadlines set by law. If an expert can come to see the car within 5 days, then do not expect it to be faster. Delivery of documents for registration also within the maximum time limit and examination of the case in general until the last day, which in my case will be a week. No news, ignore my interest. Calling only one answer: the case is under consideration. Why other companies provide refunds within a few days, but here it pulls, does not communicate and ignores. Don't use this company!
