Fraud, poor service

Hello, I am an independent customer of LLC Ekspress - Part and Today I am driving from Alfa (Jugla) to the part, getting on the bus by bus driver no. 201861 asked me for a price of 1.40 dollars, although the ticket price is 1.00 dollars. Checking the ticket, I noticed that the driver had wrongly knocked off the starting stop like Oakland (at the SAO). Do LLC Ekspress - some bus drivers really earn so little that they have to steal money from customers? :(And if it really is, then let these problems be fixed by management rather than cheating from customers. Yours sincerely independent customer.
