Make sure you apply for compensation for delayed occupancy if applicable. These guys are pros at sneaky work arounds, make millions off upgrades, don’t take accountability for their errors, don’t return calls, illegally force things without giving you time to consult with a lawyer. Put your hard earned money elsewhere or be stuck with a mess.

Use only cheapest, lowest grade materials, bad quality to build a house. Singles comes off on a new builded house. Water leaks from rooftop and builder refuse to fix the problems. Never buy house from this terrible builder again.
