Poor service, fraud
The Ortho Clinic is a very good example of how successful, as if legally and without problems, can steal money from people. On 10. 06. 2020 I was on a consultation, which lasted less than 5 minutes, I had to pay 50. 00 dollars for it. The traumatologist looked at the knee, told me that everything was fine there, and to make sure of it myself, I was sent for magnetic resonance imaging. Of course I did. I called the Ortho Clinic to make an appointment. The secretary replied that I would have to pay AU$ 50 again, no matter how long the consultation. I said, isn't it crazy to pay 50 dollars again. She rudely replied that I am ashamed that there is a private clinic here to seek advice elsewhere.
