Not doing the full journey

Have to get off at Epson high street instead of Epsom hospital. Long walk as I’ve got arthritis. The driver said there road work’s. But they were no road work’s by the hospital.

Lost a bag

I still have had no response from you regarding my lost bag… it was a Cancer Research bag, containing 3 items of clothing and the receipt from the shop.
