My modem s having connnection issues

I got another moden after the one I got when Ifirst got cable .It has stoped working . The lights. 4 comes but no cable. Ixfinity said to call you for another modem to be sent out User’s recommendation: I don’t want to say.

Failure to make contact with store/customer service/on line chat…could not reach anyone to answer my question.
