Installed Phone
Hello! Here is both a complaint and a search for help at the same time. So on September 7 I took down the Samsung Galaxy s6, I looked at it in the store, everything seemed fine, but when I got home, I found that the phone was defective and he had no zone. Literally after an hour I drive back with the hope that I will be given a new one, but nothing. Instead of being taken to a repair shop, I was told that the phone would be inspected and most likely sent a new one instead. On September 23, I was called to pick up a NEW phone, but in the Telstra store, it turned out to be the same production defect, as if repaired. After a moment I calmed down and had him checked, we put the map inside and as it turned out, nothing was fixed. The phone still doesn't work! The seller in a calm voice and laughing says that again to be repaired, apologized and as it turns out in the repair facility they are not checking whether to go or not, simply replacing parts and everything. I demanded that I want to terminate the contract and do not want any more phones, because it is not serious that I bought a non-dancing phone, and I am still being billed for it. But it's not up to me, they'll still get to the repairs and check there if it's my fault that the phone is broken, and they will decide whether to force me to use the same phone or enter into a contract, which is probably not possible. So I wanted to ask if there is perhaps a law where I, as a consumer, can still choose to terminate the contract, or should I really remain a fool? I have read the contract from all parties, but there is nowhere to stick, everything is drafted so that in any case Telstra is the winner. For the first time in 6 years, I am disappointed with Telstra. : (
