Defective sofa cushions

I purchased a sofa for $3000.00 approx. in Sept. 2020 it was delivered in Feb. 2021. The back cushions are sewing incorrectly. The stitching is not straight. C. S. Rep. told me that is normal. I have heard nothing back from customer service other than a generic email that does not answer my question!

A cabinet I purchased from Arhaus a few years ago, the drawer will not close & as you can see in the picture a piece has pulled away from the side of the drawer!

Customer Service beyond bad

CS does not call you back. Ordered a sofa in Oct 2020, wont be delivered till June 2021. Will not let me cancel because of this unacceptable lead time. User’s recommendation: Do not waste time.

Mold and mildew on umbrella Fabric
