Arguing with the help

I ordered and the price quote was off at $6.97, which was different from my 2 for $6.00 Arby coupon for swiss, bacon, chicken sandwich. I argued at ordering and at pickup. Very rude management and no apologies and very poor customer service no sauces offered none given and management did not even talk to me when I walked in User’s recommendation: Go to another Arbys.

Refuse to give customer signature sauce

They tell customer they cant give no more than one pack of sauce.If you ask for more they get very ugly and rude. This is being done by management too. User’s recommendation: Stop patronizing Arby’s.

Removal of potato cakes from the menu.

I have eaten at Arby’s from Northern Virginia through North Carolina and loved the original Arby roast beef sandwich with Arby sauce and potato cakes. I won’t be back.
