No service/rectification

Parcel was stolen while in the possession of Aramex. No communication, no rectification, just an *** attitude to their clients. R15k lost due to their incompetence! User’s recommendation: Avoid Aramex at all costs!

Very disappointed wrong info given to me

To track down my parcel….DBP441********

My timepiece was sent through the Aramex Courier last year in February 2020 before LOCKDOWN…..seemingly its nowhere to be found….been sent from pillar to post…Please ASSIST…..TIMEPIECE CAPETOWN SAYS IT NEVER REACHED THEM….Aramex in Riverhorse shows that its in Aramex in CAPETOWN but am not assisted….AM ANGRY!!! User’s recommendation: No to ARAMEX….try other courier service companies.

Aramex Did not keep to Ebay Global Shipping Arrangements
