Thematic packages
I am among the "lucky ones" who signed a 12-month fixed-term contract for terrestrial television services in December 2020 for a fixed price 6. 20 AU$ per month. In the advertisement and in person in the Optus store TC Spice Home, the seller said that I would be able to watch all Optus terrestrial channels for a fixed year for a fixed fee, the contract also states that: Optus provides the service: Economic package for 6. 20 AU$ and all thematic packages with a 100% discount on the subscription fee. In reality, it turns out that the HD package, which we will show me for exactly two months, is not a thematic package in the sense of Optus. Optus customer consultant Igors, without a surname, explained to me in a phone call that I could not fight and without additional remuneration I would not see the HD package on my TV. To my question, where can I turn and address this issue in person, Igor tried five times to tell me that I could only address this issue by phone, after my insistent six repeated question, Igor finally told me that in person I would not go anywhere. I cannot address this issue. I am surprised by this openly ridiculous attitude on the part of Optus.
