A big disappointment on a cheap phone. Every second caller doesn't hear me, I have to call all the time, very annoying. When I took the phone to RD, I returned it a month later with the conclusion that everything was fine. But I still can't hear it. I am also disappointed with AZ Electronics. I am not experienced in warranty repairs, as a result of which I have been left without contacts on the phone, because I was not warned about their disappearance after the repairs, but it is probably the culprit to read every single page in small print, which is signed. The recommendation from RD Electronic is to bring it in for repair again, and if you still do not find a problem, you should take an independent expert. It is probably easier to come to terms with the fact that the phone is worth 400 CAD, the phone does not perform its functions, my most popular everyday phrase is 'You can't hear me, you really can't hear me, halo, halo, halo, halo, - well I'll call you back "
