I’m a deployed Soldier and should only be paying 6% APR. I have been paying over my monthly payment and haven’t even made a dent. Complete trash. I am going to finance through another company. I am about to have them come and take their *** out of my house because it hardly works anyway.
I refuse to do any business with this company ever again! The customer service is a complete waste of time and the interest rate, loan terms, etc. is outrageous!! They are not easy to work with much less they are set up to let you fail in making any sort of payment/pay off whatsoever! My advice is...

I made a pay off to close the account plus three payment, call them and they said they will refund me over payments still waiting, Thank You everyone. It could have been worst
YOUR SALES PPL TELL CUSTOMERS ONLY 4.9% INTEREST RATE. AFTER 1.5 YEAR LATER I SUDDENLY DISCOVERED THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME 14.9%. I CALLED THEM THEY SAID IT’S IN MY CONTRACT. THIS IS COMPLETE SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Please be careful buying anything from this company. They send sales representatives out that tell you part of the cost. They will tell you one interest rate, but a year later your rate will increase by at least an additional 7%. They will tell you it’s on your contract when you buy the product.
Fraud, poor service
Attention bulk customers (schools, kindergartens, etc. )! The company is not clear about orders. Firstly - do not meet the deadlines, secondly - do not feel guilty, thirdly - take the money, but do nothing. And the crown of all - the whole team of 1. 5 people is quietly going on vacation, collecting money, making them wait for the order until the "gentlemen / ladies" have a good rest.
