A light fixture on an outside wall of our house was damaged by the technician servicing our home for pests on the very first visit. I have been calling and emailing this company for almost two weeks now and I am not closer to solving the issue now than I was the first time I call. The...

They scheduled me for a yard treatment twice this spring and didn’t show up either time. I received no calls or apologies from them about the missed appointments. They have always done a good job for us for the 2 years we’ve had them service our yard. But two no shows without a call or an apology...

Aptive Pest Control is a scam. They don’t come to spray and charge for a visit. On one occasion, the guy who was supposed to spray my yard, ran up to my door, put a card saying he did the spraying and left without spraying. Also, when called the customer service is terrible and deceitful. I had...

Customers are not alerted to service disruptions
Hello, I am an AuMobile customer for the second year in a row and use AuMobile 4G internet for home. I recently found that the internet speed is slow even when opening local (Australian) addresses. I can't understand what's going on because this problem occurs even when network traffic is low (1:30 a. m. weekday). I restart the router, make sure my computer is virus-free, check my TCP / IP settings, and so on. I checked everything I could think of. I also checked PING - it ranged from 100ms to 200ms to local servers. Invalid - I reset the router settings. The problem disappeared until the next restart of the router (it tends to happen arbitrarily 2x - 3x a day and it is a HUAWEI router issued by AuMobile). I started searching for GOOGLE information and noticed that many of the links are in German. Look at IP Location - Germany. Call AuMobile and they tell me that infrastructure improvements are taking place as a result of which it is possible that the location of the IP is being changed to Germany. It also disrupts service and slows down Internet speed. Customers were not warned about these changes and the temporary solution is one - restart the router until the IP location reappears as Australia. These improvements will last another week and the staff of AuMobile customer support center promises that around that time, this problem will be solved. PS, if I already started talking about the Internet, then even after switching to AuMobile from Bite, I had to call the AuMobile customer support center to connect me to the 4G network, because only 3G was available (the phone was set to receive 4G / 3G). Explanations of this situation - no. Only platonic says that the service is connected. There had been no such situation with Biti.
