Im getting late payments and I already paid. Ive called several times and its yet to be resolved. I dont have to for this nonsense. Who does? User’s recommendation: Choose another company.
The sales person knocked familiarly on my door as if it was a neighbor. That would have been fine had it been earlier in the day. he did not use my doorbell camera and it was almost 8:30pm, very late for a door knock solicitation. I politely declined his services and he was friendly, but somewhat pushy....

First, whenever you need to speak with someone, you can only leave a message. I have left messages requesting that a manager call me back and never received a return call. Second, I have had to request multiple services to control pests, mostly ants. And by multiple services, I mean within a few days of a visit,...

I asked if the guy saw the sign and he said yes, but still continued his sales pitch. I work from home. I have large dogs. I don’t want people ringing the doorbell and making the dogs bark. My employer is not happy that I have to stop working and answer the door. No soliciting means NO...

Salesman quoted $99 for the year and then checked off $99 initial and $139 for each treatment afterward on the contract he emailed me. Read your contract!! I cancelled. User’s recommendation: Don’t use Aptive.
Customers are not alerted to service disruptions
Hello, I am an AuMobile customer for the second year in a row and use AuMobile 4G internet for home. I recently found that the internet speed is slow even when opening local (Australian) addresses. I can't understand what's going on because this problem occurs even when network traffic is low (1:30 a. m. weekday). I restart the router, make sure my computer is virus-free, check my TCP / IP settings, and so on. I checked everything I could think of. I also checked PING - it ranged from 100ms to 200ms to local servers. Invalid - I reset the router settings. The problem disappeared until the next restart of the router (it tends to happen arbitrarily 2x - 3x a day and it is a HUAWEI router issued by AuMobile). I started searching for GOOGLE information and noticed that many of the links are in German. Look at IP Location - Germany. Call AuMobile and they tell me that infrastructure improvements are taking place as a result of which it is possible that the location of the IP is being changed to Germany. It also disrupts service and slows down Internet speed. Customers were not warned about these changes and the temporary solution is one - restart the router until the IP location reappears as Australia. These improvements will last another week and the staff of AuMobile customer support center promises that around that time, this problem will be solved. PS, if I already started talking about the Internet, then even after switching to AuMobile from Bite, I had to call the AuMobile customer support center to connect me to the 4G network, because only 3G was available (the phone was set to receive 4G / 3G). Explanations of this situation - no. Only platonic says that the service is connected. There had been no such situation with Biti.
