Ordered Aug 11th..called 5 times and they are telling me to call the gls..to get them.to deliver my order..hold time of one hour to 2 hours…non existant rude customer service

Never got the shipment after 12 telephone calls

I ordered CPAP supplies from Apria Direct on 24 August 2019 but never received them. According to the them the shipment was made on August 21st which was before I placed my order!
