Do not deliver, do not return money, do not communicate

I have not heard any true statement from this store. On January 27, I sent an e-mail to the store asking when I can get the monitor asus pb27uq. I got an email response in three days. It was the first and last time the store responded to my email. I ordered, called back that prepayment is required.
