No refunds for 2 months as the selected item is not available

I would like to purchase a microphone for prepayment online store Proffit. 7. 07. 2020. Payment was made 148.92 USD. Then it turned out that they do not have these items. It was promised to return the money, but it has not been done to date. I receive e-mail responses - the accounting department is aware of this situation, but the money will not be refunded.
