Poor delivery service
When we got home from the trip, the fridge was empty, everyone was tired of the long road, we decided to order dinner through delivery. Since More Sun is going crazy right now, we decided to order directly from this restaurant with a noble goal, echo. The order for 5 people and a child was accepted, we were warned that the delivery of the order will be 2-2. 5 hours. We decided to wait. We placed the order at 19:15 in the evening. 21:45 we called to ask if we had not forgotten, we were told that the driver had already left. At 22:30 we called again, no one answered us anymore, the answering machine called to call during business hours. Needless to say, there were no other contacts, no one contacted us. We went to bed on an empty stomach, because now it was too late to look for other alternatives. 23:00, however, the courier called and informed that he would be present in 15 minutes. We refused. And in the near / distant future we will not use the delivery service, nor will we visit this restaurant, even though we were frequent customers before. If the delivery service was so overloaded, it was necessary to refuse to accept the order and not to fool people. Who will wait for food for 4 hours?
