We decided to order a washing machine at the RD online store. It all started with the fact that we took the lease, immediately a letter arrived - until the lease is approved they will call, we waited for the call for 4 days than. Then I wrote a letter with a question or confirmed. Answer - yes everything is fine, you will be called today or tomorrow and told about the delivery dates. Of course no one called. Again, the article when there will be delivery - do not answer. After a few days call - there's an answer all ok, wait Friday. Ok I talked to the loaders on Friday (it's today). All day silence, the man went to the store to ask or brought. No one in the store knows anything about the fact that we have sent a washing machine. We call ourselves again... and here's a surprise - your washing machine is damaged, because it was like a sample in the store.To the question why I didn't call - I didn't get an answer, and to everything else I said with a word, silence. Would have at least apologized for chucking. Time lost, people chakra, but RD all great.
