Complaint re shade sail that ripped during heavy rain.there was no mention of a precaution to take when it rained. The rain just puddles in the middle. I thgt I cld get a replacement because of this

But company responded that 90-day warranty was over as Id bought in 2019. However,I still think it shd do something because there were no instructions re rain or what to do. User’s recommendation: Plse be aware that heavy rainfall can rip shade sails.
