Personal Data Protection Violation
2020. In November, I signed an agreement with Pty. Universalserviss Dv (reg. No. 41503052630) on the security of my objects with the use of a central security control panel (cap). On August 1, 2019, I received a call from the central security panel of the security service (reg. No. 41503046403). I was informed that my object is guarded by Pty. apsardzes serviss. During all this time, there was no amendment or agreement on any changes in the contract concluded between me and Pty. Universal Service Dv. In addition, no one warned me that in fact (de facto) my object is already guarded by another merchant. The only "executor" of the Agreement is Pty. Universal Service Dv. All these facts show that my data is disclosed to a third party, which in this case is a security service. All indications are possible malicious intent or gross negligence on the part of the merchant Pty. Universalserviss Dv in the processing of my personal data, and there is also a possibility that the merchant violates the law in relation to other clients.
