On December 11, 2020 I had to visit the Mukusala business center, where there is a paid parking lot managed by Pty. "Stova". As indicated, before leaving the parking lot I went to make a payment. I found my car number, but I concluded that it was not possible to pay with the card because the machine issued an error message (I tried to use different cards, but the result was the same). Fortunately, I found the required amount of coins, and when I re-entered the car number, I paid in cash. The money was successfully swallowed, but the receipt was not printed. I assumed that by transferring the money to the machine, my obligations have been settled. However, it turned out that in our technological age it is not enough. Already on 21. 12. 2020 I received a collection notice over the penalty. If a business center manager uses a low-service scam like Stova, I encourage everyone to avoid visiting it.
