Poor Service
I recently received Seesam health insurance. When calling the customer support phone, I will not receive the necessary information from the consultant. I asked what amount the insurance would cover (I provided all the necessary information: where, what procedure I would like to receive). On several occasions, it was also the case that the caller received information, the consultant promised to call again later, but no call was received afterwards. This is very unprofessional.
