Poor service
I took the computer clean, the contract said that the service would be repaired within 2 weeks. Well I'm already waiting for the second month and nothing. By calling and inquiring the phone only informs me that some details have been ordered. Why do I need to know that I have ordered parts for my computer from the operator I am calling? After a week I call again, I am told: "the computer is ready and so handed over to the courier". Well, I've been waiting for 2 weeks for some courier to bring my computer to the store. Well really, what is this about service?
