Poor service
This establishment had rented rooms for birthday parties with a small circle of close friends, but it all ended very sadly when I found out that my bag with mob phones, documents, wallet, etc. was stolen during the evening. The door to the room was closed, and according to police speculation, it was most likely one of the company's employees. Later, the employee herself mentioned that a former prisoner had worked in the past, who may not have returned the keys or made a duplicate. The company did not take any responsibility for what happened, only procrastinated, promising to offer some compensation so as not to write bad reviews. All transactions at this institution took place without checks. If you decide to spend time in this institution, then protect your belongings! We rented out premises to celebrate a birthday party but unfortunately everything went completely wrong when we realized that somebody has stolen my handbag with all my documents, cell phones and wallet. According to local police inspectors this has not been the first time they visited this company. Their idea even was that a thief could be someone from fired employees cause all the doors were locked and they had a door keys making robbery relatively easy. Unfortunately the company didn't take any responsibility saying that they will prepare their offer for compensation, that did not follow till today. We strongly recommend if you are planning to book a hotel room or rent out premises be careful and watch your belongings!
