Defaming customers
Defrauding customers about the availability of a product both over the phone and on the website after customer retention. On December 11, I ordered a power supply, which was promised to be delivered to the store on December 22, while all other stores were oriented towards mid-January. The price was also the lowest, so I placed an order. The next working day I received a text message that the product was delayed for a week. On the same day, the price and availability times of the product were changed on the website, so I called to find out the delivery times again. The lady convincingly stated in the call that the product must be on December 28, and if anything else changes, they will announce it. And the fact that the product is again delayed by more than two weeks until January 15, was announced only today, when it was already scheduled to be in the store. By phone Saka,that the supplier changed the deadlines, although now the website promises again that the product will be in the store tomorrow, but, as we know, tomorrow there will be only a text message that the product is delayed, a bit of hair! From this case, I conclude that AZ Electronics shamelessly lies to customers about delivery and delays until the supplier actually delivers the product to the office.
