Our toilet was stopped up and leaking, it also needed reset. Without even removing the toilet we were told the flange was broken, and it would cost $ 500.00 . We were given a quote originally of $150.00 . My mother was here by herself so I feel they were trying to scam her. After she told them that was way to much they lowered the price to $450.00 she told them no again. About 20 minutes later the owner called us back saying for us he would do it for $125.00 . Three days later we had it fixed by a more honest plumber for $85.00 total. If this was not someone trying to pull a scam and take advantage of an older woman I don’t know what is.
