Poor Service
On December 19, 2020, I purchased an MSI gaming controller for a PC. The website has a beautiful inscription "Get it today!". With the confidence that the product is in stock and I will receive it at the parcel terminal in a couple of days, I place an order. Initial delivery date 23.12.2020. On that date, I received information that delivery would be delayed until 28.12.2020. At this point, the product I ordered no longer appeared on the website. Arrives on 30.12.2020 and finally receives a message from Omniva that the product has arrived. When I received the product and unpacked it, it was immediately clear that the product packaging (box) had been opened before. This is the 2nd time I place an order in the AZ Store and also the 2nd time I regret it. But with all due respect, this time I did not wait for the product for 32 days, as before. It would only be nice if the product was delivered in a new and unopened condition! In general: I recommend placing an order in this store if the delivery time and the quality of the product are not very important to you!
