We ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 4G 64 GB N920I Black mobile phone from the online store www.agd.info (SIA "COLOMBIA") using the website www.agd.info. Shortly afterwards, the lady called back from the phone number 29728977 and said that the product should be ordered in an Austrian warehouse. Delivery of the product will be possible 5-7 working days after 100% payment of the product. Payment was made on the condition that the invoice states a reservation that the delivery of the goods will be within 5-7 working days. Payment for the delivery of the goods was made on the same day. On 5 working days, an e-mail was sent to [hide] @ agd.info with a request to provide information about the delivery of the goods. No one replied to the email. After a while, the phone number 29728977 was called and the same lady picked up the phone and explained that this week's delivery did not include the product, but definitely will be next week. Information on whether the item is on the list will be known on Monday. She's calling back! The lady did not do so after the promise to call back. 7 working days (last day of delivery of the goods) also no reaction from the seller. After the threat e-mail on the 8th working day, the lady calls back and apologizes that the ordered phone model has not been brought but instead Samsung Galaxy Note 5 32 GB N9200 gold has been brought. Offer to take this model at the ordered place with a refund of 10 dollars back. As we could not give an immediate answer to such an offer, because it was unexpected (shock that another product arrives instead of the ordered product) we promised to call back. It was not possible to call back because no one picked up the handset as usual. Note 5 32 GB N9200 gold we did not choose because it is for the ChJessie market (for limited frequency data transmission), with less memory and in the end we did not order such a model. When we sent an e-mail with a request to deduct the money, the lady called back and said that it would be done as well, but since this has not been done so far, this complaint has been published.
