How in prison

I had to be treated in this hospital's dermatology ward! The ward was located on the 2nd floor, in the ward with bars on the windows as in prison, at night the entrance door to the ward is closed, if necessary it is not possible to evacuate at night if the nurse does not unlock it. The food is just terribly tasteless. Bring the pot to the machine, put it on the street at the entrance of the department, as well as in a BAG bag of bread. What do I pay taxes on?
