Hello! I am a customer from 22. 07. 2016 new customer as you can see. A month passed and I don't have an invoice, now I'm waiting for nothing yet, then on 01. 09. 2016 I called 1600, asked where and when I will have an invoice, said that it will be after 07. 09. 2016, but did not say anything about the unpaid invoice, which I did not know because I had not registered my Telstra. well then now it passes it 07. 09. 2016 well I don't have that bill, well then I enter my Telstra and see one, pay and see that one bill is delayed for me for July. now i have a question for you, i don't get invoices by sms, i don't get invoices to @gmail, then how can i get them? and now I count as a debtor, because I have not paid for July, not because of my fault. it turns out that I have to have a computer MANDATORY if I want to be a Telstra client.
