I had blood work and my physical in September. The lab called Amerihealth and got approval, my Dr’s office called and got approval. When they received the invoices they denied and retroactive 2 months canceled my coverage. Over the phone they say everything is OK and call a week later to say coverage was canceled. Never refunding...

Got my new ID card. They misspelled my last name. Called at least six times to the agent I spoke to when I renewed my policy. Always got voice mail. No return phone calls. All I want is my correct name on my ID card!!! I tried regular customer service and they said they cannot help me...

I renewed my policy in november like i was suppose to do now january 1st i have no coverage this also happened last year what us their problem
Signed up for 2019. Made the payment on credit card. find out they applied the payment for the new policy year to the December bill. Tried to pay the New policy bill. the payment was OK, but they applied it to the December bill again instead of the outstanding bill. Called but no one answers the phone....

Poor service
We would not recommend returning your phones to this company for repair. The child broke the usb socket on the Samsung phone. Return on repair. Repaired for more than two weeks, resulting in the return of money and telephone. Only now the phone does not work at all. The touch screen is broken, the phone cannot be turned on. And you don't believe you can learn anything about the condition of your phone repair. For example, I've seen at least three separate diagnostics that always lead to higher and higher prices.
